Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and passionate manager to join our team as an Extra Care Scheme Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care teams, ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care services to our service users.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
- Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
