Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

The Community Care Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and fostering a high-performing care team that delivers personalized support to our clients. You will play a crucial role in managing the branch, ensuring that an adequate number of qualified care professionals are available to meet service requirements, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring that all operational processes are adhered to and properly documented.

Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with internal quality standards as well as those set by regulatory bodies and contract partners.
