Job Description:- Coordinate the production and publication of travel itineraries, welcome letters, and e-tickets.
- Complete flight manifests and submit them to airlines.
- Coordinate arrival and departure procedures for the team and VIPs.
- Book ground transfers and organize vehicle allocation.
- Process subsistence allowances and invoices.
- Experience in travel administration.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
