The Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join its Operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing events, and providing administrative support to the team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodations, and ground transfers.
  • Manage events, including races, tests, filming days, and demonstrations.
  • Process subsistence allowances and invoices for team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, travel coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary, up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a generous bonus scheme, private medical cover, life assurance, and 25 days' holiday.
