Operations Specialist for Automotive Industry

We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team at the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract based in Brackley, United Kingdom. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our business. Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating logistics and administration tasks
• Providing administrative support to senior staff members
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient operations
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in operations or administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a bonus scheme, Mercedes car lease scheme, private medical cover, life assurance, and 25 days' holiday.
