Join Blom and Blom, an esteemed independent children's day nursery in Hanwell, as an Early Years Practitioner. This fulfilling role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children while advancing your childcare career.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 2/3 qualification, NVQ, CACHE, or a recognized equivalent, along with at least six months of experience in a nursery setting. They will also demonstrate a solid understanding of the EYFS framework and key worker systems.

As an Early Years Practitioner, the candidate will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing engaging learning programs.
  • Supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Conducting regular observations and evaluations to inform teaching practices.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality service.

Successful applicants will need to possess:

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A Level 2 or 3 Nursery Nurse/Early Years Practitioner qualification.
  • A strong understanding of child development theories and principles.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
