As a Senior Residential Care Manager at Recruit 2 Success, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Children's Homes and making a lasting impact on the lives of our looked-after children. Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems to ensure the highest standards of care and well-being.
  • Leading, line managing, and motivating the team to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing staffing deployment, including recruitment and retention, compliance with safer recruitment practices, and preparing rotas to monitor working hours.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation required by regulators is completed to a high standard and leading the Home through inspection and regulatory processes.

A successful candidate will hold a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Childcare, with desirables including Level 3 Safeguarding and DSL qualifications. A comprehensive knowledge of legislative frameworks governing residential childcare and current trends is essential. With an estimated salary of £48,000 - £65,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive package that reflects your skills and experience.
