The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying within construction, focusing on high-end residential projects. They will possess strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, contract management, and cost control methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, including labour, materials, and provide accurate cost forecasts and financial projections to support project planning and decision-making.
  • Review and manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring that all parties adhere to contractual terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and control project costs, tracking expenditures and ensuring they align with the approved budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, contract management, and cost control methods.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
