Job Title: Change Project Manager

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking an experienced Change Project Manager to join our team. As a Change Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering central projects aligned to the 5-year strategy and achieving increased commercial revenue for a major transport organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and deliver central projects to support Business Units in their journey.
  2. Plan and manage project delivery in line with business objectives and ongoing operations.
  3. Gather business requirements, project planning, estimating, execution, implementation, and management of contractors and 3rd party suppliers.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and best practice in project management.
  5. Liaise with functional business groups to scope project requirements and ensure effective production of a project brief and business case.
  6. Control project storage and access of documented business processes and maintain project methodology.
  7. Manage procurement process, including appointment of contractors, and obtain best value.
  8. Manage project-related risks, issues, and change requests.
  9. Prepare project documentation, specifications, drawings, programmes, estimates, and contract documentation for major capital schemes.
  10. Support Senior Project Manager in providing management controls for the overall portfolio.
Requirements:
  1. Proven project management experience in a high-growth environment.
  2. Relevant industry background, preferably in aviation or corporate experience of operating in a business of similar scale and complexity.
  3. Experience of delivering infrastructure and/or networking projects.
  4. Results-driven, proactive, and energetic with a focus on delivering long-term performance goals and continuous improvement.
  5. Calmness under pressure, able to handle high levels of pressure and make critical decisions.
  6. Stakeholder management, able to balance interests of various stakeholders.
  7. Accountability, takes clear ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks.
  8. Strong MS Project and Excel skills.
