About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chair of the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee to join our Board of Trustees. As a charity trustee and company director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the public interest and charitable objectives are at the forefront of our decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Board's oversight of charitable funds and ensure the organisation demonstrates excellent stewardship of resources.
  • Chair the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee and provide support to our finance team.
  • Work closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and collaborate with staff and practitioners to achieve our goals.
  • Contribute to the development of our three-year strategy and medium-term financial plan.
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about mental health service provision and public protection. You will be a motivational, pragmatic, and commercially astute leader with a strong background in financial leadership. You will enjoy the opportunity to support an important cause and make a real difference in the lives of others.
