About the Role

We're seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Railway Technicians, responsible for maintaining and repairing the rail network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and inspecting the rail track, including rails, sleepers, and ballast.
  • Repairing and replacing damaged or worn-out equipment.
  • Working with high-voltage systems, ensuring the railway has the power to run trains.
  • Collaborating with a team to deliver work safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent level of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal techniques.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work at height and in challenging weather conditions.
