Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Compensation and Rights Negotiator to join our team at BK Bruton Knowles. The successful candidate will have experience in land referencing, negotiation of land rights, and dealing with compensation claims.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality services to clients, team colleagues, and other business teams.
  • Achieve fee income set in Performance Review.
  • Manage time utilisation for the team's benefit and maximise efficiency.
  • Provide technical skills and services to the team.
  • Engage with landowners to secure required consents.
  • Keep clients up-to-date and advise them on practical matters affecting land.
  • Complete land referencing and find owners and occupiers of land.
  • Deal with landowner complaints regarding on-site activities.
  • Arrange site visits for serving notices and undertaking records of conditions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion. A clean and full driving licence is also required.

Estimated Salary: £38,500 per annum.
