Job Title: Bid Writing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Writing Manager to join our team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and writing high-quality bids that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write compelling bid proposals that meet the requirements of our clients
  • Work closely with our project managers and bid teams to ensure that bids are submitted on time and to the highest standard
  • Provide feedback and guidance to bid team members to ensure that they are meeting the required standards
  • Collaborate with our business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new contracts

Requirements:

  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling bids
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
  • Experience in bid writing and business development, preferably in the construction industry
  • English literature or journalism degree or equivalent qualification
