Job Title: Bid Manager - Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager - Project Coordinator to join our team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality bids that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the proposal team in the development of bids for construction projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and resources needed for bid development
  • Develop and maintain bid strategies and plans to ensure successful bid outcomes
  • Coordinate and manage the bid process, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure all bid materials are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful bid outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans to drive growth and revenue
