We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Specialist to join our team in Canterbury. As a Residential Youth Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and development of young people.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will work with our team to provide daily care and support to young people, helping them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
- Coaching and mentoring young people to develop life skills and make positive life choices
- Providing emotional support and guidance to help young people cope with trauma and adversity
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people

What We OfferAs a Childcare Specialist with Oranga Tamariki, you can expect a competitive salary between $57,760 - $65,334, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.
