Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and clinically experienced DBT therapist to lead our growing DBT team at Priory Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of DBT practice and theory, with the ability to independently plan and facilitate DBT group sessions to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out DBT pre-programme assessments and hold pre-commitment sessions
  • Support with pre-and-post outcome measures
  • Attend monthly meetings with our central and regional teams
  • Hold overall responsibility for the operational running of the programme
  • Ensure adherence to NICE guidelines

Requirements

  • BACP accredited
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
