Senior Breakfast Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen Department at the Royal Lancaster London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests and contributing to the success of our award-winning hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team in maintaining a 5-star Food Hygiene standard at all times.
  • Ensure high standards of product, service, and hospitality are consistently delivered to our guests.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to culinary activities, driving excellence and innovation in the kitchen.
  • Implement and maintain kitchen productivity, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
  • Carry out all elements of the Performance Management System, adhering to the Lancaster London Hotel standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Breakfast Chef or equivalent role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the kitchen team.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a 40-hour shift rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
