Job Title: Breakfast Chef

Location: Imperial London Hotels, Bloomsbury

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5/7 mornings, 06.00 to 14.30

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for running the breakfast service, ensuring that all food is delivered to a high standard and in a timely fashion. You will also be responsible for the preparation of all breakfast items for the following day and provide general support to the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run the breakfast service, ensuring high-quality food and timely delivery
  • Prepare all breakfast items for the following day
  • Provide general support to the kitchen team
  • Minimise wastage and stock supplies
  • Highlight any issues to the senior kitchen team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for food and experience in a busy kitchen operation
  • A positive attitude and a desire to improve your knowledge and abilities
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good command of the English language
