Job Title: Breakfast Chef

At Holiday Inn London – Kensington High Street, we are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the smooth preparation and service of breakfast, ensuring that all food standards are met and maintained.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless breakfast service and maintain consistency of food standards.
  • Assist with ordering requirements and manage kitchen inventory.
  • Train and develop junior chefs in the breakfast service.
  • Maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practices.
