Senior Breakfast Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen Department at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast services to our guests, while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the breakfast kitchen team to achieve 5* Food Hygiene standards
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality breakfast products and services
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain kitchen productivity and efficiency
  • Conduct performance management and development of team members

  • Proven experience as a Senior Breakfast Chef or equivalent role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Flexibility to work a 40-hour shift rota
