About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team at CLEAR, a leading organization in enhancing the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges in the Kirklees area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to individuals with mental health issues through engaging clients through group activities and one-on-one support.
  • Develop and deliver programs of group-work, courses, or training, utilizing a sound knowledge base of evidence-based approaches to mental health.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of services to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Work within a framework of positive therapeutic risk-taking and develop individual support plans.
  • Utilize good interpersonal skills, including listening and displaying empathy, to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
