Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Gledholt Mews and Coach House, a residential service in Huddersfield. As an RMN, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, empowering them to achieve their recovery goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding nursing care and support to residents, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing individual care plans.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality care and support.
- Attend training and engage in continuing professional development to further your knowledge and skills.
- Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained, in accordance with NMC guidelines.
