About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and experienced nurse to work with adults with mental health needs and personality disorders. As a Mental Health Nurse, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individual care plans
  • Administer medications and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
  • Monitor and manage risk, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid RMN qualification and NMC registration
