Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Gledholt Mews and Coach House, a residential service in Huddersfield. As an RMN, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and support to our service users, helping them to achieve their recovery goals and live fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities:

As an RMN at Gledholt Mews and Coach House, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care and support to service users, including administering medications and implementing care plans.
  • Working closely with the management team to develop and improve the service, including auditing and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Attending training and engaging in continuing professional development to further your knowledge and skills.
  • Ensuring that individual care plans are complete and maintained, in collaboration with service users, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
