Job Description

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Gledholt. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with individuals to develop personalized care plans, promote recovery, and support community integration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  2. Work collaboratively with the management team to improve service quality and develop new initiatives.
  3. Attend training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance knowledge and skills.
  4. Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • A valid RMN qualification and NMC registration.
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices and a commitment to patient recovery.
