We are looking for a seasoned Change Delivery Specialist to join our team at CV Library.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this pivotal position, you will lead the charge in delivering transformative change across our Operations Centre of Excellence. As a Change Delivery Specialist, you will drive business outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and execute action plans.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges.
  4. Providing regular status updates to senior stakeholders, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  5. Ensuring all project deliverables meet requirements, adhering to established governance frameworks.
  6. Driving business cases or benefits realisation, securing funding via investment processes.
  7. Addressing policy and control shortfalls, implementing strategic solutions in response to audit findings.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant professional certification in change management.
  • Proven experience in delivering business outcomes within banking Operations teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate complex situations, and capacity to understand emerging technical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Model Risk governance.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills, accompanied by outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Critical thinking skills, enabling informed decision-making and strategic recommendations.
