Team Lead Role for Change Grow Live

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee our Change Grow Live team's efforts in providing high-quality services to our clients.

This role involves supervising and managing staff to ensure effective service delivery, while also fostering leadership skills and collaboration among team members.

In this position, you will develop individualized support plans for each client, working closely with the EMORSS team in prison and community settings.

No two days are the same, and we value flexibility, curiosity, and active listening in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $31,000-$32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
