Adecco is seeking passionate individuals to join their electronic tagging service team as Electronic Monitoring Support Officers. This is a unique opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience and thrive in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to ensure seamless operations and clear communication.
- Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.
Requirements:
- Own car and business insurance.
- BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application).
- DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Working Pattern: Full Time 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are issued in line with the needs of the business and are unable to be chosen or selected by preference. You must be available to accept the rota you are issued.
Training: 1 day online training and induction.
