About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Stock Allocator to join our Stock Control team at our Head Office. This is an entry-level role that would be suitable for a recent graduate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Allocator and Allocations Manager in managing stock packages for our national stores.
  • Assist in creating and managing spreadsheets to track sales and stock data.
  • Contribute to the production of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Perform data entry tasks.
  • Liaise with our Store Operations team, Store Managers, and the Merchandising team at Head Office.
  • Support senior team members with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Enthusiasm, self-confidence, and self-motivation.
  • Attention to detail and analytical approach.
  • Professionalism and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
