Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven individual to join our Order Fulfilment team as a Stock Controller / Order Fulfilment Co-ordinator. This is a permanent role that will involve managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order placement to delivery, and dealing with any returned or defective hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order fulfilment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders
  • Work closely with the Order Fulfilment Manager to review and improve departmental processes
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide excellent customer service
  • Allocate work to team members and ensure seamless communication
  • Implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
