Job Title: Front of House Receptionist and Building Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Receptionist and Building Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet staff and visitors to the building, providing exceptional customer service and a warm welcome.
  • Support and facilitate events and meetings within the building, ensuring seamless logistics and a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Supervise suppliers and contractors on site, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Act as an information source for general enquiries from staff and visitors, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Be the face of the Company/Client for all visitors, embodying our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.
  • Assist in collating data for monthly reports and KPI figures, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist in actioning and resolving queries regarding invoicing, purchase orders, and general accounting, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Carry out basic building management responsibilities, including weekly fire alarm tests and basic legionella checks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with car park management, ensuring a safe and secure parking environment.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties commensurate with position and salary range.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a front of house receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and working relationships.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exemplary customer service, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ability to adapt to different priorities quickly, maintaining good attention to detail and ensuring image and standards are maintained.
  • IT proficiency with an accounting bias, preferred.
  • Understanding of basic building management regimes and problems, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • First aid trained or willing to learn, with a focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Confident and well-presented, with a strong ability to represent the Company/Client in a professional manner.

Annual Salary: £24,960 GBP.
