Role Overview: As a Local Engagement Manager at Specsavers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with local healthcare providers to promote our referral services. This role is based in Norwich Cluster and offers a part-time schedule of 3 days per week.

The salary for this position is £35,000 per year, pro rata. You will be the main point of contact for local GP surgeries and pharmacies, promoting our services and alternative options we offer in-store for patients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the growth of referrals into our designated Specsavers stores.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with local GPs, pharmacists etc. to build and implement referrer engagement plans, working within essential guidelines to maintain best practice.
  • Promote the benefits of our referral service offering to local referrers and patients.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for further engagement within local services.
  • Tailor engagement methods and delivery of strategic referral plans to local services (e.g., conducting open days or presentations to stakeholders).

  • You possess strong organisational skills, ability to effectively prioritise, and experience in event management.
  • You are an ambassador for the Specsavers brand at all times, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
