Support Specialist

Job Overview:This role involves providing direct care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes or residential settings. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring each person receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:Your primary duties will include:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals, promoting independence and dignity
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and their families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults in a care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
