We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hospitality professional to join our team at Strode College.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote support to apprentices in their work environments, helping them to achieve the requirements of their program.

This role involves managing a caseload of learners, providing guidance to both students and employers, and ensuring accurate information is collected for government funding purposes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to travel within the local and regional area, and have reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support apprentices to successfully complete their program
  • Provide guidance to both students and employers
  • Collect and maintain accurate records for government funding purposes

Contract Details:

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme
  • Leave entitlement: 25 days per year plus bank holidays and additional discretionary days off at Christmas (pro rata for part-time)

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
