About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Payroll department, you will be responsible for processing client payroll data, managing pension schemes, and communicating with clients.

A minimum of 2 years' Payroll experience and excellent working knowledge are essential for this role. You will be well-organised, logically minded, and able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Process client payroll data accurately and efficiently
  • Manage pension schemes for clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding payroll queries, changes, or enquiries
  • Work to deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' Payroll experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Payroll systems
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Well-organised and logically minded
