Global People Solutions Manager

Optoma is a leading brand in visual display solutions, and we are seeking a Global People Solutions Manager to join our team.

As a Global People Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading the people strategy, developing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, and driving business outcomes through talent development and retention.

The ideal candidate will have experience in shaping and driving a people agenda, leading initiatives such as engagement, performance management, change management, and learning and development.

You will have strong analytical skills, capable of extracting insights from people data, and be able to assess training and facilitation needs.

The Global People Solutions Manager will work closely with stakeholders to keep the right focus on areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, and compensation.

You will also be responsible for implementing, reviewing, and analyzing business metrics, identifying problems within teams, and working with stakeholders to implement solutions.

The role will be a blend of projects and operational requirements, with a focus on Learning and Development, and will evolve considerably as the people function transforms.

We are looking for a data-driven, highly organized, and adept individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and has a passion for D&I and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout and implementation of the people strategy, programs, and processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to keep the right focus on areas such as performance management, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, and compensation.
  • Implement, review, and analyze business metrics and use data to identify problems within teams.
  • Coordinate and ensure alignment of all global people initiatives in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping to build community, cohesion, and a sense of belonging around shared values.

Desirable:

  • Global experience and expertise across multiple regions.
  • Experience auditing HR practices and processes, and setting improvement strategies accordingly.
  • Systems implementation experience, from sourcing to successful implementation and ongoing embedding and improvement.
