Key Responsibilities:

As a Bar and Lounge Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, taking reservations for the Rivoli Bar, and ensuring that our menu offerings are presented in a clear and concise manner. You will also be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge, including drinks and spirits, and to provide excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Luxury hotel bar or luxury bar experience is essential
  • Good administrative skills
  • General product knowledge in drinks and spirits
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
