We're looking for a skilled Logistics Planner to join our Portlaoise site. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administration, logistics, and supply chain management.

What you'll do:

  • Administer the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of equipment and materials to project sites, ensuring necessary documentation and system updates
  • Document import and export processes for materials and equipment, liaising with authorities as needed
  • Collect and deliver equipment to and from customer sites
  • Develop and maintain communication with transport suppliers to meet requirements
  • Produce performance monitoring data for On Time In Full and transport recoveries
  • Identify suitable equipment for contract requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Aggreko procedures, including ISO and internal audits
  • Provide subject matter advice to employees
  • You'll need:
  • Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of technical procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage supplier demands and workload
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise your work
