Export Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary**

Pennine Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Export Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As an Export Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning export road freight services for our client. This includes confirming status updates on CRM, understanding the export shipping market, and delivering solutions to outbound logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Confirm status updates on CRM
* Understand the current export shipping market and the services each haulier has to offer
* Deliver solutions to outbound logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements
* Plan and coordinate all export road freight service providers in line with operational requirements
* Optimize groupage routes via consolidation and use of appropriate partners to ensure export compliance
* Produce relevant export documentation, release pick notes, and process end-of-day activities
* Identify and resolve any stock inventory discrepancies and ensure system records are in alignment
* Provide meaningful logistics data and KPI reports to key stakeholders in the organization to aid customer service and cost improvements

**Working Hours and Benefits**

* Typical day shifts (Monday - Friday)
* Competitive salary (£27k-£33k depending on experience)
* ~22 days annual leave per annum + Bank Holidays increasing with length of service
