Logistics Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Portlaoise site team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the mobilisation and de-mobilisation/delivery of equipment and materials to project sites, ensuring necessary documentation and system updates
- Ensure correct documentation of import and export processes for materials and equipment, liaising with authorities as needed
- Collect and deliver equipment to and from customer sites
- Develop and maintain direct communication with transport suppliers to meet requirements
- Produce performance monitoring data for On Time In Full and transport recoveries
- Identify suitable equipment for contract requirements
- Ensure compliance with Aggreko procedures, including ISO/ Internal/ External/ PLC Audits
- Provide subject matter advice to employees as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics/operations or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of technical procedures
- Strong communication and organisational skills to manage supplier demands and workload in a busy environment
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise own work
