Clinical Psychologist Band 7-8a Preceptorship

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. This is a Band 7-8a Preceptorship role, providing an excellent opportunity for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to develop their skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality clinical services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of clinical services, including service evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Hold a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
- Have a strong understanding of clinical psychology theories and practices.
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- A competitive salary of £46,148 - £52,809 per annum.
