This challenging leadership role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead Labour Ward at Scarborough Hospital. As Intrapartum Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the smooth operation of labour ward, and supporting the development of staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of excellence in patient care, leading by example.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of labour ward, addressing any issues promptly.
Job Requirements
  • Registration as a midwife with recent practice supervision and/or assessment experience.
  • Proven leadership or management experience, including conflict resolution and team motivation.

Estimated Salary: £67,500 - £77,500 per annum
