Job Description

At Krispy Kreme, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global demand planning efforts. As the Director of Global Demand Planning, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop market-specific strategies to optimize sales and profit conversion through demand planning.
  • Collaborate with local market demand planning teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities through data analysis to drive sales, profit, and optimize returns.
  • Generate and share detailed monthly reports on demand planning KPIs for each market.
  • Develop training materials for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data mining skills, preferably from a data science, statistical, or market intelligence background.
  • Experience in forecasting, preferably in an FMCG background.
  • Advanced data modeling and analytics skills using tools like Power BI, Tableau.
  • Commitment to data quality and business process.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence the business.
