Job Title: FMCG Planning Manager

At Krispy Kreme, we're seeking a highly skilled FMCG Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our demand planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time and place worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop market-specific strategies to optimize sales and profit conversion through demand planning.
  • Test and learn approach to initiatives, formulating hypotheses and proving them out using data analytics before scaling.
  • Implement strategies with local markets through consultation, training, and review processes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in forecasting and business analytics, preferably in an FMCG background.
  • Strong analytical and data mining skills, with experience in data science, statistical, or market intelligence.
  • Advanced data modeling and analytics skills, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
  • Commitment to data quality and business process.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence the business.
