At Antifriction Components Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans.
- To manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and business development activities.
- To collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
