Job Title: Account Director, FMCG

At Antifriction Components Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  2. To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. To identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans.
  4. To manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and business development activities.
  5. To collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
