About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Careline Administrator to join our dedicated team. As a Careline Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration, including customer-focused support, and working closely with case managers and team leaders to provide a streamlined service.

Our Corporate Health division offers health and wellbeing services to a wide range of customers, focusing on helping people live healthier, happier lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming communications, scanning and directing to the relevant person.
  • Manage referrals to the network.
  • Provide relevant administration to support case administration.
  • Investigate any invoice or network queries.
  • Manage reimbursements in accordance with relevant scheme rules and benefits.
  • Chase clinical information in a timely manner, demonstrating professionalism while being assertive.
  • Complete additional tasks requested by management.
  • Demonstrate a professional and respectful approach during all interactions.
  • Monitor dashboards and assist team leaders in allocating workloads and tasks.
Essential Skills

We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in an administrative role, preferably within healthcare. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. You should also be familiar with and keep up to date with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal communication skills. You should be comfortable working either on your own initiative or as part of a team. You should have a 'can do' attitude when dealing with customer calls and be confident, precise, and helpful when dealing with any customer complaints.
