Financial Performance Manager for Local Authorities

Cedar requires a Financial Performance Manager to oversee financial activities and ensure strategic objectives are met for their Local Authority client.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing clear and concise financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Providing financial insight and analysis to support business decision-making
- Leading on financial modelling and scenario planning to inform decision-making
Requirements:
- CCAB Qualified Accountant
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role, preferably within Adult Social Care
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Ability to engage effectively with non-financial stakeholders at all levels
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £41,250 - £47,000, depending on experience.
