A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Bexley. As part of a 5-month contract, you will provide expert financial advice and support to a Local Authority, focusing on revenue and capital monitoring, budget setting, and account closure processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead financial guidance and support to designated service areas, emphasizing revenue and capital management, cost savings, and fiscal planning.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial information to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Apply financial data analysis techniques to enhance budget forecasting and strategic planning.

To excel in this role, you should possess a CCAB accounting qualification or equivalent, along with substantial experience in local government finance, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are also essential.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000.
