Job Title: Senior Clinical Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as a Senior Clinical Transformation Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and staff.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of clinical transformation initiatives across the trust. This will involve working closely with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical transformation initiatives
  • Work closely with clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to address these areas
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice and policy developments in clinical transformation
  • Contribute to the development of the trust's strategic plan and ensure alignment with clinical transformation goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Current registration with a nationally recognised professional body
  • A minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
