About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the transformation agenda and providing high-quality expert clinical support, supervision, and guidance to staff within the team.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of the transformation programme and the NHS long-term plan. They will be responsible for driving best practice and continuous improvement, including embedding new and innovative practices. The post holder will also participate in developing evidence-based practice within the service and have excellent management and leadership skills.

Person Specification
The successful candidate will have a relevant Social Work, Nursing, or Allied Health Professional degree-level qualification or equivalent experience. They will also have current registration with a nationally recognised professional body relevant to the professional qualification held and a minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience.
